.My Background.
For me, photography is a living art and the vehicle of my expression. It allows me to capture the unique elements and aspects of the world that people often times overlook in everyday life; it gives me permission to tell the stories that others may never see.
At a young age, I discovered my ability to frame moments which led to a few county awards. This recognition ignited my passion for the art. I continued to cultivate my interest throughout college and studying abroad which has grown through my world travels in over 20+ countries and counting.
Exploring, engaging with many different cultures, meeting interesting people and storytelling have been common threads throughout my life, including over 10 years at National Geographic and Discovery Channel.
My focuses include headshots, personal branding, portraits and families. I am a native Washingtonian, based out of McLean, VA.

It is my joy and privilege to partner with clients to identify their needs and goals, and understand their personalities, so I can capture the moments that matter with style and beauty. Finding a connection is my key to developing a positive working relationship with clients. Often times humor is the shortest distance between two people and, no doubt, we’ll find something to laugh about! After all, being at ease, feeling confident, and having your true self shine are some of the best elements of a great photo.
